What Should Students Check in the Date Sheet?
After downloading the timetable, candidates should verify the following information:
1. Course and Semester
Ensure that the PDF is meant for your exact programme and semester. Similar course names may have different schedules.
2. Examination Scheme
Check whether the notice applies to NEP, CBCS, non-CBCS, an old scheme or another applicable pattern. This is particularly important when the university publishes separate notices for the same course.
3. Paper Name and Code
Match each subject and paper code with your examination form or course details.
4. Date and Timing
Record the date and examination session for every paper. Do not rely only on an old timetable or a screenshot shared in a student group.
5. Revised Schedule
If a revised date sheet is available for your course, check it carefully and follow the latest applicable instructions.
What to Do If Your Course Date Sheet Is Not Available?
The latest update covers selected courses, so some students may not find their programme in the notices listed above.
If your course is not included:
- Check the official KUK date-sheet page again.
- Search for your exact programme and semester.
- Check whether a separate notice has been issued for regular, re-appear or supplementary examinations.
- Contact your college examination branch or the university examination department if the schedule remains unclear.
- Avoid relying on unofficial timetables unless they can be matched with a university-issued notice.
The absence of your course from this particular update does not necessarily mean that its date sheet has not been or will not be published separately.
